CALEB TURNS 1!

My sweet little baby turned one! Time really does fly by.  We had a fun time celebrating with family and chocolate cake.  Caleb really enjoyed the cake and ice cream until brain freeze hit.  He quickly recovered and was ready for more.

Laughter and silliness!

I have been wanting and hoping to be a better blogger in 2013 but so far I have not lived up to the task. I have also wanted to post a video of Caleb because he is doing so much lately that is best in video vs pictures.  So hopefully I remember how to use Youtube and you can enjoy a video of our lunch today!

Try again...

So I just completed a post with pictures and captions and I somehow deleted it before I saved it...how do I do that?  ERRRR

Take two....
February has been busy and fun and busy...we made a quick trip to NC.  Emmy threw up for 8 hours straight.  and a quick trip to Philly to see how the Mark Dixon family is growing.  I got bangs and Caleb took his first steps!

What a month!

January's are proving to be yucky months in my life as a mom.  Between weather, visitors, Joel's travels and then doctors appointments it has been emotionally and physically draining.  But God is good and so is His timing.  That is what I have rested in over the last few weeks!

Here are a few pictures of our month, including Emmy's big hospital adventure!

Christmas Time...

What a wonderful time of year.  I am so thankful for Jesus' birthday on so many levels, and one reason is Christmas.  This year was my sweet baby Caleb FIRST Christmas!!! We spent the month celebrating, baking, eating, cooking, singing and more eating.  Then we headed down to NC to be with the Dixon crew for the holiday.  We had a great time with family and snuck in a visit with Great Grandma McCurry. Here are a few pictures to summarize our adventures...
